Order Cancellation & Processing Policy

We process and ship orders quickly to ensure fast delivery for our customers. Because of this, once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment system almost immediately. The following policy explains when and how cancellations may be possible.


1. Order Review Before Checkout

We encourage customers to carefully review their order — including product selection, quantity, shipping address, and payment details — before completing checkout.

  • Orders placed in error, with typos, or to incorrect addresses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once submitted, your order becomes part of our automatic fulfillment process and may not be eligible for modification or cancellation.


2. Cancellation Window

  • Order cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes of purchase and must be requested by email at sales@valentinogaremi.com or by calling 1-519-279-1380.

  • After 30 minutes (or once the order has been marked as “Processing” or “Fulfilled”), we are unable to modify, cancel, or refund the transaction.

  • Requests made outside this window will be treated under our Return & Refund Policy once the product has been received.


3. Processing Time

  • Orders received on business days are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day (typically Tuesday by 12 p.m.).

  • Once the order has entered the shipping stage, it cannot be intercepted, rerouted, or recalled.


4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only.

  • Carrier or customs delays are outside our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

  • If tracking information confirms delivery to the shipping address provided, Valentino Garemi Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen packages.


5. Payment Processing Fees

All payment transactions incur non-refundable processing fees from Shopify, PayPal, or credit card providers.
If an order is cancelled within the eligible window, these fees may still apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Pre-Orders and Special Requests

  • Orders placed for back-ordered, pre-order, or custom items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed.

  • Estimated ship dates are subject to change without notice due to supplier or carrier constraints.


7. Fraud Prevention

For security reasons, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders flagged by our fraud detection system;

  • Request identity verification for high-value or suspicious transactions;

  • Refuse service where abuse of cancellation or refund policies is detected.

In such cases, refunds (minus transaction fees) will be processed only after identity verification is completed.
