We appreciate your business and aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer care. To maintain fairness and transparency for both our customers and our business, please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

  • To qualify for a return or refund, you must contact us first at sales@valentinogaremi.com or 1-519-279-1380 to receive return authorization and instructions.

  • Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

    • The item is defective or damaged in transit.

    • The wrong item was shipped.

  • We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for:

    • Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind

    • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing

    • Incorrect shipping address or missing delivery information provided by the customer

  • Unauthorized or unsolicited returns will not be processed and will be refused upon delivery.


2. Return Time Frame

  • Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

  • Approved returns must be received by us within 14 days from the return authorization date.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all labels, inserts, and accessories intact.


3. Return Shipping Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using the same carrier as the original shipment or:

    • Canada Post (for Canadian customers)

  • Other couriers may not be accepted unless specifically approved by us.

  • Please ensure the shipment includes a tracking number and insurance, as lost parcels cannot be refunded.


4. Refund Processing

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Payment processing fees (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit card transaction fees) are non-refundable.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to offset inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned in used, opened, or damaged condition.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted only for the same product in a different size or colour (subject to availability).

  • Customers are responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs.

  • Exchanges must follow the same approval process as returns.


6. Taxes and Duties

  • All Canadian orders are subject to GST/HST based on the shipping address.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.


7. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders received on business days are processed within 48 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed by the next business day (typically Tuesday by 12 p.m.)

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance are beyond our control and not valid grounds for refund or cancellation.
