Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Shipping:

Canada post is our preferred shipping carrier and as results an automated Canada Post software will calculate at your time of payment  the shipping costs. The shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, size and location so shipping charges vary from order to order. Shipping restrictions may apply due to TDG ( Transport of Dangerous Goods - Category 2 and 3) laws in place for Canada and U.S. so Ground Parcel services is a must for orders containing Compressed Gases and Flammable Liquids/Solids. Canada Post has the following estimated shipping transit times for regular shipping: 2-9 Business days for Canada and 7-10 Business days for US. 

Orders processing times:

Orders received on normal working days will be processed within 48 hours. Weekend orders will be ship no later than first incoming Tuesday by 12 p.m.

How to Return an Item:

In order to qualify for a return you must contact us to set and meet with our return conditions. Do not return to us an item without contact us prior returning; we will do our best to work with you or to find the best way to solve your request. We do not have to accept an item for return if you just change your mind about a particular purchase or typo on shipping address, so please choose carefully. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your received purchase. Orders received on normal working days will be processed within 48 hours. Weekend orders will be proccessed no later than first incoming Tuesday by 12 p.m.

Return shipping carrier restrictions:

We have a preferred shipping/parcel carrier (Canada Post) and we strongly recommend you to use this carrier/ service for your return product, same as we shipped it to you. If you are outside of Canada Post service range (U.S.customers) please use U.S.Postal Services – Parcel Post for return. All other carriers are restricted for returns unless specified by us.

Returning process:

Please email us at sales@valentinogaremi.com or call us at: 1-519-279-1380 to request a refund or exchange. After our confirmation of a return acceptance you will mail the item to address indicated by email - no exceptions.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Exceptions:

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. – Certain conditions apply. Exchanges If the returned item is in new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping

Duties:

We are not responsible for duties fees on all non Canadian orders. Canadian orders are not duties payable.

Taxes:

All Canadian orders (shipping addresses located in Canada) are subject to GST/HST charges.
